CASE CONCLUDED	On 08 Nov 07, Bankruptcy Judge Herbert Ross approved the Chapter 7 Trustee's Final Account, overruled a creditor's objection and set in motion the process of closing the bankruptcy case. After a tax review and resoltuion of one recovery action, the Trustee will distribute a final dividend and close the case. This site will cease to exist about 90 days after dividends are mailed out. 09 Nov 07
