Alaska news media have reported Raejean S. Bonham has been indicted and arraigned on an indictment brought by the State of Alaska relating to false reports filed by her with the State of Alaska, Department of Commerce and Economic Development, Division of Securities.
The trustee has requested a copy of the indictment and will post it here when it is available.
