The plaintiff trustee has negotiated a Stipulated Settlement Agreement ("the Stipulation") with defendants Allen Dale Cartwright and Maria Caporicci, conditionally settling their claims as lessors/optionors of the real property and improvements that are the subject of this proceeding. On March 11, 1997, the trustee filed and duly noticed to the parties a motion for approval of that Stipulation. After review of the proposed Stipulation and consideration of the arguments advanced at the hearing on April 16, 1997;

IT IS ORDERED that the Stipulation filed March 11, 1997 between the trustee as plaintiff and Allen Dale Cartwright and Maria Caporicci as defendants is APPROVED.
